제목 Synthesis of Silica Core/Shell Structures with Polydiacetylene/Silver Nanomaterials
초록 Recently, research of silica core/shell structure (silica shell) has been developed. Because the silica (shell), having high chemical/physical stability and porous structures, acts protective layer, the core material is improved their properties. And small molecules are able to diffuse into/out the core through the pores of silica, which causes size-selective reaction of the core materials. Thus, the core/shell structure have been applied in various fields; bioimaging, sensing, catalyst, therapeutics and drug delivery system (DDS). In this research, the silica core/shell structure with organic/inorganic materials was synthesized. Silica could be easily grown on the surface of polydiacetylene vesicle and silver nanoparticle by Stöber method and the thickness of silica can be control with reaction time. And the properties were changed with component of material, and which was observed by transmission electron microscopy, fluorescent microscopy, PL spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy.
