제목 Electroluminescence Properties of Highly Efficient Dual Core Chromophores for OLED Blue Emission
초록 Two new blue emitting compounds of L,L-DC and L,N-DC for OLED based on dual-core were demonstrated. Physical properties by the change of the dual-core linkage of lobe-to-lobe or lobe-to-node synthesized materials were examined. L,L-DC was found to exhibit the highest EL device efficiency of 5.34 cd A-1 and 5.30 % EQE. OLED devices were fabricated by the synthesized compounds using vacuum deposit process as an emitting layer. Device structure was ITO/2-TNATA 60nm/ NPB 15nm/ EML 35nm/ Alq3 20nm/ LiF 1nm/ Al 200nm. L,L-DC and L,N-DC exhibit EL maximum values of blue color in the range 455 nm to 463 nm. The y values of their color coordinates are 0.13, so these compounds exhibit good blue color coordinates for displays.
