Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays have been attracting more attention because of their various advantages including light weight, wider viewing angles, fast response time and high power efficiency. Regarding development, it is still remain to solve the problem of low light-out coupling efficiency from the OLEDs. One of the methode to overcome this issue is that introduce the microcavity structure in OLEDs. A microcavity for organic light-emitting devices was fabricated by stacks of Al2O3 and TiO2 layers and a thin metal cathode. The properties including electrical characteristics (I-V-L), EL spectra and water vapor transmission rate were investigated. |
