제목 SYNTHESIS AND PHOTOVOLTAIC PROPERTIES OF OXOTITANIUM(IV) TETRAPHENYLPORPHYRIN FOR DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS
초록 Recently, much effort has been expended to convert solar energy effectively to electric energy by solar cells. The need to develop inexpensive renewable energy source has continued to simulate new approaches to production of efficiency low-cost solar cell device. This work focuses on the syntheses and photovoltaic properties of oxotitanium(IV) tetraphenylporphyrin as an additive in the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The oxotitanium(IV) tetraphenylporphyrin was synthesized by the reaction of metalfree tetraphenylphorphyrin with titanium(IV) butoxide. The chemical structure of oxotitanium(IV) tetraphenylporphyrin was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The power conversion efficiency of DSSC device using oxotitanium(IV) tetraphenylporphyrin as an additive showed about 3.60 %
