제목 Effects of pH upon the liquid-liquid equilibria for extractive solvents of molybdenum
초록 Mo is a metallic element which is most frequently used as an alloying addition in alloy and stainless steels. Its alloying versatility is unmatched because its addition enhances strength, hardenability, weldability, toughness, elevated temperature strength and corrosion resistance. The extraction and purification processes of Mo are therefore very important. It means that the LLE data for the mixture will be needed to analyze solvent capability. In this work, the liquid - liquid (LLE) phase equilibrium of ternary mixtures {aqueous sulfuric acid media + trioctylamine or tributylphosphate + 1-decane} have been measured. In addition, we report mixture properties of the excess molar volumes (VE) and deviations in molar refractivity (R) data at 298.15K for the same chemicals.
