제목 Microstructure of Crosslinked Polyimide/Amine-functionalized Graphene Oxide Hybrid Films
초록 In this work, we prepared hybrid films of amine functionalized graphene oxide (AFG) hybrid films for which graphene oxide (GO) was modified with amino groups using 4-aminobenzylamine (4-ABA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)/4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) polyimide (PI) croosslinked with either tris(4-aminophenyl)amine (TAP) or 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trimaine (melamine). The microstructure of the hybrid films was investigated using scanning and transition electron microscopies (SEM and TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra, fourier transmisson infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), wide and small-angle X-ray scattering (WAXD and SAXS). It was found that the microstructure of the hybrid films was strongly dependant on the kinds and the contents of the crosslinking agent.
