In this work, we prepared hybrid films of amine functionalized graphene oxide (AFG) hybrid films for which graphene oxide (GO) was modified with amino groups using 4-aminobenzylamine (4-ABA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)/4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) polyimide (PI) croosslinked with either tris(4-aminophenyl)amine (TAP) or 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trimaine (melamine). The microstructure of the hybrid films was investigated using scanning and transition electron microscopies (SEM and TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra, fourier transmisson infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), wide and small-angle X-ray scattering (WAXD and SAXS). It was found that the microstructure of the hybrid films was strongly dependant on the kinds and the contents of the crosslinking agent. |
