DNase-I concentration in the body varies depending on the state and severity of disease infection, thus it is an important target for monitoring the condition of patient. Here, we fabricated a platform in which a uniformly spherical Au (USA) nanoparticle for DNase-I sensing. To fabricate the USA platform, we conducted gold nanoparticle annealing at high temperature. According to the results of ultraviolet spectrophotometer measurement of wavelength and absorbance, the LOD were 161.21 pg/mL and 127.25 pg/mL, respectively, and the linear range of DNase-I was 20 to 1000 ng/mL. In addition, since the USA platform has a DNase-I antibody conjugated to the gold nanoparticle surface, it can react only specifically to DNase-I despite the presence of various substances such as proteins, and amino acids in the human body. Therefore, the fabricated USA platform is optical sensor capable of diagnosing diseases early by monitoring the condition of patient in real-time. |
