제목 청색 LED 칩 위에 적색 및 녹색 형광체의 결합에 의한 백색 발광 구현
초록 White light generation of LEDs can be achieved by ⅰ) combination of three (blue, green and red0 diodes, ⅱ) accumulation of yellow phosphor or green and red phosphors on th blue chip and ⅲ) integration of three (red, green and blue) phosphors on the UV chip. We used second method to manufacture white LEDs in this research. Green and red phosphors were selected SrGa2S4:Eu and CaS:Eu phosphors, respectively. These phosphors synthesized by the co-precipitation method and heat-treatment under mixed gas (H2/N2) atmosphere. The combination of various weight ratio of green phosphor to red phosphor with epoxy on the InGaN chip was tested.
