According to the Climate Change Report of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (IPCC), including global warming, are attributed to the steady rise in greenhouse gas emissions since the Industrial Revolution. Therefore, efforts are being made to reduce carbon dioxide, which is well known as a major source of greenhouse gases worldwide. Recently, research to reduce carbon dioxide by using a photocatalyst has been made, and it has the advantage of being able to convert carbon dioxide to fuel while directly reducing carbon dioxide, which is being spotlighted as an environmentally friendly technology. Therefore, in this study, M3PO4 (M = Co, Ni, Cu) was used as a photocatalyst. The synthesized sample was confirmed the physical and chemical properties through XRD, SEM, TEM, UV/Vis analysis, and the gas generated as a result of the photoreduction reaction through the GC, MASS analysis. |
