제목 | High-efficiency blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes using carbazole modified dibenzofuran and dibenzothiophene |
초록 | In this study, carbazole modified dibenzofuran and dibenzothiophene host materials, 9-(2'-(dibenzo[b,d]furan-4-yl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl)-9H-carbazole (CzBi-DBF) and 9-(2'-(dibenzo[b,d]thiophen-4-yl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl)-9H-carbazole (CzBi-DBT) with high triplet energy were synthesized for high-efficiency blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs). CzBi-DBF (ET = 2.99 eV) and CzBi-DBT (ET = 2.88 eV) showed maximum quantum efficiencies of 24.4% and 24.5% in blue PHOLEDs, respectively.
