제목 Synthesis of Bioglass Powders by the Ultrasonic Energy Assisted Hydrothermal Method and Subsequent Microwave Heat Treatment
초록 Synthesis of bioglass by the ultrasonic energy assisted hydrothermal method was investigated for a rapid and low cost powder synthesis method. The precursors used in this method were calcium nitrate, di-ammonium hydrogen phosphate and sodium silicate solution. Ultrasonic irradiation time and the pH of the solution was varied to obtain the optimum synthesis condition. NaOH was used to controle the pH. The obtained amorphous powder was calcined at different temperatures for the development of bioglass. Both pressureless heating and microwave heating was used for the calcination and the resulting variation was investigated. Phase analysis and powder characteristics were investigated by XRD and SEM. The biocompatibility of the powder was investigated by MTT assy and was compared to that of the commercially available bioglass.
