제목 High efficiency polymer solar cells using stamp transfer printing process
초록 We controlled the vertical phase separation and crystallinity of the photoactive layer for efficient hole and electron transport and collection. A photoactive layer based on a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophen) (P3HT) and indene-C60 bisadduct (ICBA) was deposited on hole extraction layer using PDMS stamp transfer process.  The stamp transfer process increased the shot circuit current density (JSC) from 7.05 mA/cm2 to 7.97 mA/cm2 and the fill factor was increased from 0.62 to 0.67 because of reduced series resistance. As a result, power conversion efficiency (PCE) of P3HT device was increased from 3.74% to 4.54 %.
