Silver nano ink for inkjet technology using oil soluble nano particles |

We have developed Ag metal Ink to fabricate conductive pattern using a inkjet technology. Oil Soluble nanosized silver particles were used for high concentrated ink formulation. The silver ink with metal content of 60 wt%, had a low viscosity of 12 cP. We try to Improve Peel strength and line tolerance and line shape on poly imide substrate by using a Solvent and polymer addition process. We printed metal ink on PI and then metallized at 250 °C. As a result. Conductive pattern has a very low specific electrical resistance (8 µΩ cm) and no crack and good adhesion 0.5kN/m peel strength. |
