Fabrication of microfluidic channel derived from novel transparent inorganic polymer and Application for Photopolymerization |
초록 |
The present work describes fabrication of novel inorganic microreactor derived from commercial inorganic polymer allylhydridopolycarbosilane by UV imprinting litho. The UV transparency and solvent resistance of the microreactor was measuredvarious conditions. The microchannel cured at 160 ℃ for 3 h showed excellent transparency, at visible region. The photopolymerization of trimethylolpropanetriacrylate resulted in greater yield and 20 times faster than batch process. These preliminary results demonstrated that novel AHPCS derived microchannel can be useful as an alternative platform for optical and photochemical microfluidic devices. |
