제목 용액공정이 가능한 이리듐기반 적색 인광 덴드리머의 합성과 그 광화학적 특성에 관한 연구
초록 A series of deep-red phosphorescent iridium dendrimers of the type of [Ir(btp)2(pic-PCn)] (Ir-Gn; n = 0, 1, 2 and 3) were prepared in good yield. Harvesting photons on PCn dendrons followed by efficient energy transfer to the iridium center resulted in highly red emissions at around 600 nm by metal-to-ligand charge transfer (3MLCT). The intensity of phosphorescence was gradually enhanced as increasing dendrimer generations. Steady-state and time-resolved spectroscopy were used to investigate the energy transfer mechanism. Based on fluorescence quenching rate-constants of PCn dendrons, the energy transfer efficiencies for Ir-G1, Ir-G2, and Ir-G3 were 99, 98, and 96%, respectively. The energy transfer efficiency for higher generations decreased slightly due to the longer distance between PC dendrons and the core Ir (III) complex which indicated that energy transfer in Ir-Gn is Förster type energy transfer.
