제목 | Total synthesis of Pareirubrine B |
초록 | Pareirubrine B, a member of a family of naturally occurring tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids, is isolated from the roots of Cissampelos pareira(Menuspermaceae). It is reported to display significant antileukemic activity (IC50 = 0.55 µM against the leukemia P388 cell line). In spite of its potent biological activity and even attractive structure from a synthetic point of view, total synthesis of pareirubrine B has not been reported yet. Herein, we will report the first total synthesis of pareirubrine B using our synthetic strategy developed for pareitropone,1 another potent family member of tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids, employing the radical anionic coupling to construct the annulated tropolone structure. 1) Y.
