Small sized perovskite light emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have bright emission and high color purity, but their poor device stability is huge drawback to find any commercial applications. We demonstrated large area, high performance and stable CsPbBr3 PeLEDs via readily commecializable spray-coating process. The PeLEDs with controlled crystal grain size exhibited 20388 cd/m2 of luminance, 51.0 cd/A of current efficiency, 11.19 % of external quantum efficiency, and over 24000 h of estimated half life-time at 100 cd/m2 for rigid device and 18026 cd/m2 luminance, 28.2 cd/A current efficiency, and 6.18 % external quantum efficiency. The PeLEDs with controlled crystal grain size could generate electric power in a daytime like solar cells, which gained power conversion efficiency of 0.43-1.03 % at 1 sun condition (AM1.5G 100 mW/cm2) |
