Preparation of air-stable black phosphorus phosphorene nanosheets |

In this study, the sonication-assisted liquid phase exfoliation of bulk BP crystals with the incorporation of two representative ILs as dispersing media for BP flakes has been successfully demonstrated. BP flakes with the lateral dimension more than several hundred nm and with the stacking of less than 20 BP layers were easily obtained after simple sonication of bulk BP crystals in ILs. Interestingly, unsuspected high oxidation resistance of few-layer BP flakes was accomplished due to the presence of physically interacting ILs on the surface of BP flakes. 2016년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
