The Preparation of lithium ion battery separator coated with PVDF-HFP and γ-Al2O3 Treated by Silane-coupling Agent |
| 초록 |
PVDF-HFP/silylated Al2O3-coated PE separators were prepared by a dip-coating method. The FT-IR Spectroscopy was used to confirm the chemical reactions between silane coupling agent and confirm γ-Al2O3. The SEM images of the prepared coated separators showed that various morphologies could be produced by changing the composition of total contents of binder and various solidities. The effects of composition in inoganic material(silane coupling agent-treated Al2O3.) and binder (PVDF-HFP)on the physio-chemical properties of the prepared separators such as liquid electrolyte uptake, and ion conductivity were investigated in this paper. |
