Conjugated polymer has high conductivity that comes from low band gap while conjugated polymer is easily oxidized and losing its property by oxygen in air. Therefore, detecting free radical is one of challenges of conjugated polymer application and enhancing photostablity enhancement of conjugated polymer can lead to increase of lifetime of device that conjugated polymer nanoparticles(CPNs) is applied to. In this study, we prepared CPNs with phospholipid from phase separated film. Phospholipid is biocompatible surfactant and good for applying in vivo situation. To prepare nanoparticles well, relationship between conjugated polymer side chain and lipid alkyl tail length to prepare nanoparticles is tested by using various conjugated polymers and phospholipids. We confirmed photostability of CPNs and raw polymers by solar simulator and UV-vis spectroscopy. The detailed structure of each CPNs and relations between the structure and photostability are measured by GIXD. |
