PP/Metal 복합체의 표면 질감 향상을 위한 최적화 연구 |

As a trend that is to minimize coating processes which cause the VOC emission, a high-quality of surface texture has been an issue thesedays. Mixing plastics with small parts of metals give a metallic luster of surface. Also, a fuel-efficiency is improvedby the lightweight-body.In this study, we analyzed matrix polymer, metal size and content Metallic Masterbatch(M/B) by thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and then it was compounded with polypropylene(PP). The surface texture and dispersibility of metal particle on natural and black color composites was observed. Through polarized microscope and color 3D laser scanning microscope, we cuold find the dispersibility of metal particle on the surface was well distributed in surface and depth. |
