제목 Visible Light Curable Polymer with Good biocompatibility for Medical Application
초록   Natural polymers had good biodegradation and antibacterial activity. Photo-curable polymers used to tissue engineering and drug delivery system.  We studied the polymer derivatives with visible light reactivity. The structure of the modified polymers was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. A visible light-induced cross-linking of polymer derivatives was evaluated by micro-patterning. For biocompatibility it was confirmed cell proliferation and cytotoxicity by WST assay. In conclusion, visible light curable polymers would be able to apply more effective in medical field.
