제목 Solution-processable microporous molecular networks by organic sol-gel method for gas storage and separation
초록 We synthesized microporous polyurea networks by solution-processable organic sol-gel method and studied applications for gas storage and separation of these materials. The nanoparticles, bulk and film samples of 3D crosslinked microporous polyurea networks were produced by cross-linking polymerization of tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and various diisocyanate monomers. The reaction rate and mechanism of organic sol-gel polymerization were investigated by in-situ NMR and DLS. The morphological structure of various products was studied using SEM. The microporosity of the networks was characterized by carbon dioxide isotherm at 273K. The adsorption selectivity of these porous materials toward nitrogen and methane was studied. We also studied the gas permeability of thin film membrane of the networks.
