Phthalocyanines have been actively exploited in various technological applications such as optical recording photovoltaics, photocopying, gas sensing, liquid crystal, and photodynamic therapy. To apply them as functional material, their physicochemical properties should be fine-tuned by changing the substituent in chemical structural frame. In this study, we synthesized zinc phthalocyanine derivatives by the introduction of phenyl, thiol, and amine group in the presence of 4-, 3-nitrophthalonitrile, tetraphthalonitrile, pentanol, and DBU.Samples were analyzed by the means of FT-IR, NMR, MS and UV-Vis spectroscopy. It was found that Q-band shift was increased and solubility was enhanced by the introduction of substitute group.NIR absorbing property was occurred by the result of Q-band shift. |
