Preparation Of Titania O-I Hybrid Nanocrystal Dispersed In Organic Solvent And Its Application as High-k Dielectric Material |

Titania (TiO2) is physically and chemically stable and has a high dielectric constant (up to 114 as rutile crystal form and 31 as anatase crystal form), which has played an essential role as a raw material for dielectric material and semiconductor material with the development of the electronic field. In this study, we introduced a strategy to prepare titania organic-inorganic (O-I) hybrid nanoparticles that existed as crystallinity nanoparticles via hydrolysis-condensation reaction at low temperature. TiO2 hybrid nanocrystals were dispersed and stabilizer in organic solvent using an amphiphilic oligomer precursor as a stabilization agent. The crystallinity of the product was confirmed by Fe-SEM and XRD. The dielectric properties will be discussed further in the result part. |
