제목 Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals for Photolithographic patterning
초록 Recently, as the interest in virtual reality(VR), augmented reality(AR), and metaverse increases, high resolution next generation displays are receiving a lot of attention. Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals have been condsidered as luminescent materials for next generation display because of their excellent optoelectronic properties such as high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY), narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM) and defect tolerance. However. instability of perovskite nanocrystals under ambient atmosphere limits their applications in display. In this study, through ligand exchange of perovskite nanocrystals, we demonstrate improved stability of perovskite nanocrystals. Ligand exchange also enables micro-patterning of perovskite nanocrystals by cross-linking reaction by exposure to UV light.
