제목 Monodisperse Silver Nanoparticles by Polyol Process
초록 Size of silver nanoparticles provides important control over many of the physical and chemical properties of nanoscale materials, including luminescence, conductivity, and catalytic activity. To synthesize the silver nanoparticles, various methods have been developed. Here we report that synthesis of monodisperse silver nanoparticles by reduction of silver nitrate with oleic acid in ethylene glycol which is referred to as the “polyol process” is reported. In the synthesis, monodisperse silver nanoparticles with narrow size distribution are obtained and size is tunable from 7- to 50-nanometer diameter by reaction times.
