제목 Effect of Nickel Doping on Hydrogen Storage Behaviors of Activated Carbon Aerogels
초록  In this work, Ni doped activated carbon aerogels were prepared by using KOH activation of carbon aerogels and nickel nanoparticles deposition to improve hydrogen storage capacity. The presence of Ni particles on activated carbon aerogels was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The pore structure and specific surface area were analyzed by N2/77 K adsorption isotherms using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) equation H-K methods. The hydrogen storage capacities were evaluated by a volumetric measurement at 298 K/100 bar. It was found that the presence of Ni on activated carbon aerogels created hydrogen-favorable sites which can lead to an improved hydrogen storage capacity.
