제목 Cobalt catalysts based on 4,5-bis(imino) 2,3,7,8-tetrahydro-1H,6H-acridyl ligands: Synthesis, characterization and ethylene polymerization studies.
초록 Recently, the late transition metal catalysts for olefin polymerization have gained much attention because of their potential to yield polymers with different microstructures and their greater tolerance of functionalized monomers. Extremely active 2,6-bis(imino)pyridyl, iron- and cobalt-based catalysts for the linear polymerization of ethylene were of special interest due to their tunable steric and electronic properties which varied from polyethylene to oligomers in which both the catalytic activity and selectivity of a-olefins are highly interesting. We have developed a series of cobalt bisimino-tetrahydroacridyl catalysts for ethylene polymerization. These catalysts gave high activity with methyl aluminoxane.
