제목 | In-situ synthesis of highly refractive index organic-inorganic hybrid sol |
초록 | The investigations of organic-inorganic hybrid nanocomposite have received much attention in the field of optical thin films, optical coatings, nonlinear optical materials, etc. Highly refractive index optical thin film is one kind of important optical material. Organic polymers can have excellent optical transparence and usability, but their refractive indices are limited. However, a high refractive index may be achieved in inorganic materials. In this study, organic polymer-zirconia hybrid thin films were prepared by an in situ sol-gel process. Zirconia nanoparticles synthesized by zirconia butoxide(Zr(OBu)4), hydrochloric acid(HCl), H2O and then modified with acrylate silane coupling agents. From analysis zirconia particles consisted of under 10nm sizes. The modified zirconia particles indicate chemical bonding between zirconia and acrylate silane coupling agent and organic polymer. |
