제목 | Heat-radiating and flexible silver nanowire/Graphene oxide film for transparent flexible devices |
초록 | Recently, as electronic devices have become more sophisticated and miniaturized, a lot of heat is generated in electronic devices. The heat generated may shorten the life of the devices, cause malfunctions, and, in severe cases, may cause explosion. In particular, flexible devices are vulnerable to heat, which can degrade reliability and stability. Therefore, a film for radiating the heat inside the flexible devices is necessarily required. Ag nanowire has a high thermal conductivity and a high transmittance and flexibility. For these reasons, the Ag nanowire film is suitable as a heat-radiating film for transparent flexible devices However, the Ag nanowire has randomly distributed networks with point-to-point connection, so that the network structure is weak and the contact resistance has increased. To solve this problem, we study a hybrid film with Ag nanowire and graphene oxide for enhancing heat-radiating characteristics and strengthening networks of Ag nanowires. |
