제목 A study on flexible piezoelectric energy harvesting module based on lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber composite
초록 For the fabrication of flexible piezoelectric energy harvesting module, lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber composites were synthesized by electrospinning of BNT-ST 0.78Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-0.22SrTiO3 ceramics and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) with different BNT-ST concentrations from 0 wt% to 80 wt%. The microstructure and piezoelectric characteristics of the BNT-ST/PVDF electrospun nanofiber composites with various levels of BNT-ST content were analyzed by XRD, FE-SEM, EDS and polarization-electric field (P-E) loops, and the optimal BNT-ST content of 60 wt% was determined for desirable piezoelectric characteristics. The peak-to-peak output voltage of the fibrous BNT-ST/PVDF composite modules with a BNT-ST content of 60 wt% were measured as a function of frequency from 0 Hz to 10 MHz, and the maximum peak to peak voltage of 1.31V was observed at the frequency of 6 MHz.
