제목 A study on poling effects of flexible lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber for structure health monitoring sensor
초록 For the fabrication of flexible lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber sensor, piezoelectric ceramic powder  0.78Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-0.22SrTiO3(BNT-ST) and vinylidenefluoride-co- trifluoroethylene(PVDF) polymer dispersed in DMF (dimethylformamide) and acetone solution were electrospun. The XRD, FE-SEM EDS mapping and polarization-electric field (P-E) loops results support that BNT-ST content of 60 wt% had better characteristics and piezoelectric properties. The poling effects of lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber were investigated by XRD and temperature-dependence dielectric properties. The structural health monitoring sensor characteristics of the poled and unpoled lead-free piezoelectric nanofiber sensor modules were investigated by simulating several situations, and the poling process contributed greatly to the improvement of the sensing performance.
