제목 A Study on Negative Type Photosensitive Polyimides with Coumarin Moiety
초록 Novel negative type photosensitive polyimide(PSPI) precursors developable with aqueous alkaline solutions(TMAH) was synthesized, which can be used for interlayer insulation layer in liquid crystal display device. We had prepared a series of polyimide precursors from novel aromatic diamine with photofunctional coumarin moiety, which was synthesized from 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride and 7-hydroxycoumarin followed by reduction with iron powder. In this study, we had investigated photosensitivity of the polyimide precursors without conventional photoinitiators. And, we will discuss general properties of photo-cured polyimides such as transmittance, dielectric constant, mechanical properties.
