제목 Polymer coatings on electrode in QCM for sensing NOx, SOx gases and fabricating high sensitivity, selectivity QCM sensor.
초록 Air-pollution problems are increasingly growing. To solve this, it is important to measure NOx or SOx concentration by using quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) at many locations around the world. Due to its small volume, simple device and high mass sensitivity, quartz crystal microbalance as sensor to detect toxic gas has been widely used. In this study, Coating materials such as Polyppyrole(PPy) Polyaniline(PANI) , Poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT), Polythiophene(PTh), MWCNT were applied to 8MHz AT-cut quartz crystal. This polymers were diluted with each solvent and then dried. Polymer films have been performed in different ways including Spin-coating, dip-coating. To confirm coated surface condition, it was measured by AFM or SEM. Adsorption of NOx, SOx gas were meatured by each coated polymers on QCM.
