제목 Encapsulation of macromolecules into mesh-size controlled poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hollow particles
초록 The equilibrium swelling property of cross-linked polymeric hydrogels containing amine group is changed by adjusting the external conditions such as pH, ionic strength. In this study, poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hydrogel hollow particles were simply synthesized for encapsulation of FITC-dextran. To calculate the mesh size of PVAm hollow particles, swelling behaviors of PVAm hollow particles in the various pH and ionic strength were investigated. Moreover, pKa and Flory-Huggins interaction parameter (χ) were obtained by potentiometric titration and viscometry, respectively. Finally, permeability of FITC-dextran was investigated base on the calculated mesh size of PVAm hollow particles.
