Formation of nanoscale organic conducting pathway using poly(3-dodecylthiophene)-block-poly(l-lactic acid) |
초록 |
Self-assembly of conjugated polymer-based block copolymers (BCPs) have attracted as a great attention for manufacturing nanoscale organic conducting pathway due to their unique optoelectrical properties. Herein, we developed a series of poly(3-dodecylthiophene)-block-poly(l-lactic acid) [P3DDT-b-PLLA] that simultaneously contains conjugated block and removable coil block. The BCPs were prepared by “click chemistry” and self-assembled into vertically oriented lamellar and cylinders through a solvo-microwave annealing. Controlling orientation of BCP nanodomains was accomplished by tuning selectivity between each block and solvent. After the annealing process, PLLA block was removed using sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution, followed by a DI-water/MeOH co-solvent washing. Consequently, we could provide robust strategies for producing well-defined organic conducting pathway using BCP self-assembly and solution etching process. |
