Preparation and Characterization of Methotrexate-conjugatedPoly(ethyleneglycol)-b-Poly(ε-caprolactone) as Polymeric Anticancer Drug |

In this study, we have synthesized methotrexate (MTX)-conjugated Poly(ethyleneglycol)-b-Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PEGCL) and prepared nanoparticles without use of surfactant. Chemical composition of MTX-conjugated PEGCL was confirmed with FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Nanoparticles was prepared by nanoprecipitation and dialysis method. The morphology and size of the nanoparticles were characterized using TEM and DLS. |
