Preparation and characterizations of PVDF-HFP/PAN nanofiber membrane for Lithium-ion battery |
초록 |
Electrospun nanofiber membranes are promising candidates as separators for LIBs to enhance lithium ion transport efficiency due to their ideal properties such as interconnected porous structure, high porosity and large surface-to-volume ratio. This study aims to make electrospinning-based membranes for lithium-ion battery separators more mechanically and thermally stable. To this end, poly(vinylidene fluoride-cohexafluoropropylene)/polyacrylonitrile (PVDF-HFP/PAN) composite nanofibers are prepared through electrospinning technology. In this study, PVDF-HFP and PAN fibers were fabricated using a single nozzle and PVDF-HFP/PAN nanofibers were fabricated using parallel nozzles. The shape and various properties of the fibers were confirmed through Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Universal Testing Machine (UTM), and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). |
