제목 Monoolein cubic phase containing coumarin grafted poly(ethylene imine) for photo- and pH-dependent release
초록 Monoolein(MO) cubic phase containing coumarin grafted poly(ethylene imine)(PEI) was prepared for photo- and pH-dependent release. The MO cubic phase containing coumarin-PEI was dimerized and de-dimerized under UV light (λ = 365 nm, λ = 254 nm). Irradiation with 365 nm UV light induced photo-dimerization of the coumarin in the water channel of MO cubic phase, which led to closing the water channel. And the coumarin dimers are converted to monomers under the irradiation of 254 nm UV light, leading to an enhanced release. For pH-dependent release experiment, the release of carboxylfluorescein (CF) from cubic phase was promoted under acidic condition, due to the electrostatic repulsions.
