Combining polyimide with inorganic material into a nanocomposite and characterizing the thermal and dielectric property of the thin film |
초록 |
This study was conducted to examine the role of the silica material to polyimide that was made into a film. Blending polyimide with an inorganic material and synthesizing a nano-composite is proved to show advantages of hybrid material. A series of polyimide/silica nanocomposites have been prepared from an aromatic polyamic acid derived from ODA and PMDA. These films were successfully characterized for confirming the synthesis by the FT-IR. The TGA and DSC was used to measure the Glass transition temperature and the 5% decomposition temperature. The Dielectric Analyzer was used to examine the dielectric constant of the Polyimide film. |
