제목 The effect of variation backbone of polyelectrolytes on organic solar cell
초록 A set of polyelectrolytes with fluorene, thiophene benzothiadiazole, and dithienyl benzothiadiazole, were applied as cathode buffer layer in organic solar cells. modification of polyelectrolytes was conducted by quaternization reaction with bromoethanol and bromoethane The variation of backbone represents different properties such as electron-rich, and electron-poor moiety in the polymer backbone delivered the different effects of polarity. Different backbones produce different molecular dipoles, and the side chain functionality induces an interfacial dipole. Inverted polymer solar cells (iPSCs) based on a bulk heterojunction (BHJ) were fabricated with the ITO/ZnO/CPE/PTB7- Th: PC71BM/MoO3/Ag structure. the highest PCC was achieved by benzothiadiazole electrolyte with bromoethanol agent.
