제목 음이온 교환막 연료전지를 위한 지지체의 특성에 따른 세공충진 음이온 교환막 개발
초록 A pore-filled ion-exchange membrane (PFIEM) is known to possess extraordinary properties such as physical and chemical stabilities. The most important effect on the basic membrane characteristics of the PFIEM is the most important property of the ionomer to be filled. However, characteristics of the substrate which can be filled with the ionomer is also important.  
In this work, the PFAEMs were successfully fabricated by combining a highly porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film and cationic polyelectrolytes with structurally stable anion-exchange sites (i.e. poly(DMAEMA-DVB) quaternized with m-Xylylene dichloride (XDC)). And In order to successfully apply PFAEM to AEMFC, hydrophilicity and pore size of substrate material were studied. The prepared PFAEMs showed excellent electrochemical characteristics and stabilites. Especially, it was found that the performance of the AEMFC on PFIEM using a hydrophobic PTFE substrate and using a hydrophilic PTFE substarate was increased.
