제목 Optical Control of Electrical Characteristic in Organic Complementary Inverter
초록 We report a photoresponsive organic complementary inverter based on pentacene (p-type) and F16CuPc (n-type) with polymer gate dielectric (P4PMS). The n-type OTFT shows a strong photoresponse behavior under illumination. Based on the photoresponsive behavior of n-type transistor, we fabricated the organic complementary inverter and measured the performance of the complementary inverter by optical control. According to increase in the light input power, the drain-source current of n-type OTFT is increased. Because of this reason, the logic threshold is reduced. We have shown that the performance of organic complementary inverter can be controlled to optical power. This suggests that the organic complementary inverter composed by photosensitive materials will be widely used in optoelectronics applications such as light emitters and photodetectors.
