Discotic-Based Small Molecules for Organic Light Emitting Diodes |
| 초록 |
Polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) have attracted considerable attention because of their potential application in large area flat-panel displays. To improve the electron transport between emitting layer and cathode, a number of investigations about organic interlayers have been reported recently. In this study, we synthesized novel alcohol/water-soluble discotic type small molecules. The synthesized molecule showed improved luminous efficiency and maximum brightness due to effective electron transport by energy level control. |
