제목 pH-Tunable and Biodegradable Polymersome for Drug Delivery Carrier
초록 The vesicular aggregates made of copolymers, polymersome, have been wildly studied as drug delivery carrier. There are three classes of preparation method that common organic solvent based methods, solvent free(film rehydration, bulk swelling and electroformation)methods and pH tuning method. Generally, any organic solvent based technique is that residual organic solvent can induce biological toxicity, reduce the colloidal stability and consume time. Therefore, polymersome preparation technique needs to avoid the organic solvent and simplify the preparation method. Herein we report preparation of pH triggerable polymersomes at tumoral acidic pH by pH tuning method using biodegradable methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(ε-carprolactone) grafted poly(β-amino ester)(PAE) and in vitro study with hydrophilic doxorubicin hydrochloride encapusulated polymersome at tumoral/physiological pHs to evaluate as drug delivery carrier.
