제목 Development of MMA type Thermosetting Road Markings
초록 In this study, thermosetting resin was selected so that the optimum road markings could be designed to improve its durability and retroreflective property during day  and night, or rainy weather. The thermosetting road markings was designed by setting glass transition temperature of the principal material to 50~60℃ which consists of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), MMA monomer, butyl acrylate, filler, and various additives, and curing time of coating was reduced to 8 min by mixing 3wt% of benzoyl peroxide as hardener. In addition, for evaluating the durability which is MMA resin's benefit, the adhesive strength of concrete and asphalt was examined and glass beads of adherence and wearing resistance.
