제목 PAN/polycarbonate 혼합용액을 이용한 연료전지용 electrospun carbon nanofibers 전극 제조
초록 Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solution and Polycarbonate (PC) solution blending nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method. Electrospinning solution were used by blending 10wt. % PAN in DMF with 20wt. % PC solution in DMF as the weight ratios are 9:1, 7:3, 5:5, respectively. The electrospun nanowebs were used as catalyst support materials of Pt particle by stabilizing it at 280℃ in the air atmosphere and carbonizing at 1000℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. The materials were characterized by Scanning electron eicroscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The characteristics of electrochemical were measured by cyclic voltammograms (CV). The performance of PEMFC was the highest that of the PAN : PC = 7:3 (PC3).
