Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solution and Polycarbonate (PC) solution blending nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method. Electrospinning solution were used by blending 10wt. % PAN in DMF with 20wt. % PC solution in DMF as the weight ratios are 9:1, 7:3, 5:5, respectively. The electrospun nanowebs were used as catalyst support materials of Pt particle by stabilizing it at 280℃ in the air atmosphere and carbonizing at 1000℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. The materials were characterized by Scanning electron eicroscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The characteristics of electrochemical were measured by cyclic voltammograms (CV). The performance of PEMFC was the highest that of the PAN : PC = 7:3 (PC3). |
