Cell Adhesion Properties of Plasma Polymerized Polymer Surfaces |
초록 |
PS and PET surface were treated by allylamine plasma to observe the effect of cell adhesion. Langmuir probe test was performed to diagonize the plasma states. In FT-IR spectrum, the two new peaks were found at ∼2150 cm-1 (-C≡N) and at ∼1650 cm-1 (C=N or C=O), and amine groups of the monomer were transformed into amide, imine or nitrile functionalities. XPS study showed that the monomer has undergone a reorganization during plasma polymerization. The nitrogen concentration was high for long time deposition then other conditions. but it was not optimum for cell adhesion. When the concentration of nitrogen and oxygen was moderate, cell attachment of deposited film was better than that of other samples. In AFM analysis, the lowest roughness was observed at plasma power 10 W and the low roughness of deposited film was a good for cell adhesion. The best conditions for cell proliferation rate were observed at 10 Watt for direct plasma. |
