In vitro behavior of Corneal Endothelial Cells(CEnC’s) cultured on plasma treated silk films |
초록 |
We prepared plasma treated silk films to improve the interaction between cells and materials because only silk films has very smooth surface which can make cells hard to attach on the scaffold. The surface of plasma treated silk films showed better cell-biomaterials interaction than silk films. In this study, we confirmed the surface of plasma treated silk films using FE-SEM and evaluated the degree of initial cell attachment between silk film and various treated silk films. The proliferation of CEnC’s were assessed using the MTT assay. RT-PCR was performed to confirm mRNA expression related CEnC’s. Accordingly this study showed that plasma treated silk films has better surface and environment for the proliferation and attachment.
